Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of orriquo.com and to general enquiries, purchases and services supplied by ORRIQUO unless a separate proposal, statement of work, order form or written agreement says otherwise.

1. About ORRIQUO

ORRIQUO is a UK-based digital studio providing websites, apps, AI automation, branding, content, SEO, hosting, maintenance and digital products.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to damage, disrupt, gain unauthorised access to, scrape abusively, interfere with or misuse the website, accounts, systems or services.

Website content is provided for general information and may be changed without notice.

3. Quotes, proposals and project scope

A quote or proposal may describe the scope, deliverables, timetable, assumptions, price, revision allowance, third-party costs and payment schedule for a project. Work outside the agreed scope may require a revised quote or additional charge.

Where a project-specific agreement conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific agreement will normally take priority for that project.

4. Client responsibilities

To help us deliver work efficiently, you agree to provide accurate information, access, content, feedback and approvals within a reasonable time. Delays in providing these may affect delivery dates.

You are responsible for ensuring that content, images, trademarks, data and other materials you provide can lawfully be used for the project.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices will be shown on the website, checkout, invoice, proposal or order form as applicable. Unless stated otherwise:

  • prices relate only to the services and scope described;
  • third-party costs may be charged separately;
  • payment dates and milestones shown on an invoice or proposal must be followed;
  • late or overdue payments may delay work, support, hosting or delivery.

6. Recurring plans and subscriptions

If you choose a recurring support plan, billing will continue for the agreed term or until cancelled in accordance with the plan terms. Any minimum commitment, renewal period or notice requirement shown at checkout or in your proposal will apply.

Where a plan is described as cancel-anytime, you can stop future renewals without an additional cancellation fee, subject to charges already incurred and any applicable statutory rights.

7. Revisions and approvals

Project work may include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or changes outside the original brief may be chargeable. If you approve work, we may treat that stage as accepted and move to the next stage.

8. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

  • you retain ownership of materials you provide to ORRIQUO;
  • you give ORRIQUO permission to use those materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed work;
  • final custom deliverables created specifically for you are transferred or licensed as stated in the relevant proposal once all agreed fees are paid;
  • ORRIQUO retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks, methods, know-how, reusable code, templates and internal systems;
  • third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets and platforms remain subject to their own licence terms.

9. Portfolio use

Unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing, ORRIQUO may refer to completed public-facing work in its portfolio, case studies or social channels. If you require a project to remain confidential, please tell us before work begins.

10. AI and automation

Some ORRIQUO services may use AI-assisted tools or automated workflows. AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can contain errors and should be reviewed before use in important business, legal, financial, medical, employment or safety-critical decisions.

ORRIQUO does not guarantee that an AI system will always produce a particular answer or remain unchanged where a third-party model or service is updated.

11. Third-party services

Projects may depend on third-party services such as hosting, domain registrars, payment processors, email providers, plugins, APIs, AI providers, analytics, advertising platforms or app stores. ORRIQUO is not responsible for outages, policy changes, price changes or failures caused by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

12. Hosting, maintenance and security

If ORRIQUO provides hosting or maintenance, the exact service level and included support will be defined in the relevant plan or agreement. No website, server or online service can be guaranteed to be completely uninterrupted or free from security risks.

13. Confidential information

Each party should take reasonable care to protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the purpose for which it was supplied, unless disclosure is required by law.

14. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any project-specific agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or other liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, ORRIQUO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss caused by inaccurate client-provided information, or failures of third-party services outside our reasonable control. Any project-specific liability terms will be set out in the relevant agreement.

16. Consumer rights

If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects statutory rights available to you under UK law.

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions as ORRIQUO’s services change. The version published on this page applies from the date shown above unless a separate agreement says otherwise.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
