Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
ORRIQUO provides digital services, ongoing support and digital products rather than physical goods. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for websites, apps, AI automation, branding, content, SEO, hosting, maintenance, subscriptions and digital products.
1. Our general approach
We want pricing and cancellations to be clear before work starts. Any signed proposal, statement of work, order form or written project agreement may contain project-specific payment or cancellation terms. If it does, those specific terms will normally apply to that project, subject to your legal rights.
2. Project and bespoke service work
- you can ask to cancel before work begins;
- once work has started, fees for work already completed, time already committed, third-party costs and approved expenses may still be payable;
- where an advance payment or deposit has been taken, any refund will take account of work already carried out and costs reasonably incurred;
- work that has already been delivered, approved or used is not normally refundable simply because you later change your mind, except where the law gives you a right to a remedy.
3. Monthly and recurring support
- you may request cancellation before the next renewal or billing date;
- cancellation normally stops future renewals rather than reversing a billing period that has already started;
- we do not normally provide a pro-rata refund for time already available or services already supplied during the current billing period unless required by law or agreed by ORRIQUO;
- any minimum commitment shown on the plan, proposal or checkout will apply.
If a plan is advertised as cancel-anytime, this means you can stop future renewals without an additional cancellation fee, subject to any work or charges already incurred.
4. Consumer cancellation rights
If you are acting as a consumer rather than a business, UK distance-selling rules may give you a 14-day cancellation period for certain service contracts entered into online or at a distance.
If you expressly ask ORRIQUO to begin providing a service during that cancellation period and then cancel, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount for the work supplied up to the date of cancellation. If a service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement, the statutory right to cancel may end.
These rights do not apply in the same way to business customers.
5. Digital content and downloadable products
For digital content supplied immediately, you may be asked to expressly agree to immediate supply and acknowledge that your statutory cancellation right may be lost once supply begins. If we do not obtain any consent required by law, your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Hosting, domains, licences and third-party costs
Some services involve third-party charges, such as domains, hosting, software licences, paid plugins, stock assets, advertising spend or platform fees. Once purchased or committed on your behalf, these amounts may be non-refundable to the extent that the third-party supplier will not refund them. We will make material third-party costs clear where reasonably possible.
7. Problems with a service
If you believe ORRIQUO has not supplied an agreed service with reasonable care and skill, contact us promptly so we can investigate and, where appropriate, correct the issue, re-perform the affected work, provide an agreed credit or issue a refund where required by law.
8. Duplicate or incorrect payments
If you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount or charged after a valid cancellation should have taken effect, email us as soon as possible. Confirmed billing errors will be corrected and any refund due will be sent to the original payment method where possible.
9. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. ORRIQUO cannot control the time a bank takes to display a refund after it has been issued.
10. How to request a cancellation or refund
Email [email protected] with:
- your name and business name;
- the service, order or invoice concerned;
- the reason for the request;
- any relevant dates or supporting information.
We will review the request against the agreed scope, work completed, applicable third-party costs and your statutory rights.
11. Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under UK law.
12. Questions
